Driver requirements
- At least 21 years old for rideshare (18 for delivery)
- Valid US Driver's License
- Pass a criminal background check (extensive for rideshare)
- No felonies, no drug charges, no violent charges
- Lifetime National Sex Offender Registry check
- Pass a motor vehicle record check (no DUI/DWI)
Vehicle requirements
- 4-door vehicle for rideshare
- Vehicle no older than 10 years (rideshare) / 15 years (delivery)
- 3–6 passengers including the driver
- Valid personal vehicle insurance (with TNC rider for rideshare)
- Valid vehicle registration
- Vehicle inspection via videos
- No major cosmetic damage; clean, non-smoking interior
